Blake and I went with my zoology class to Mafia Lodge and Yellowstone this weekend. There is a story about a plastic surgeon who lived in this huge cabin with his wife. There are lots of shelves everywhere and there are lots of gun holsters in the cabinets. The neighbors around this area have seen limousines coming into this area at late hours of the night. The doctor had all 36 acres fenced in and he had gaurd dogs. Downstairs in the basement there is a secret door out of the cabinets, and inside that room there is another secret door. It is said that he would do face reconstruction to people in the mafia and they would stay in the cabin for a few months while recuperating. The doctor did not pay his taxes so he was jailed and someone from Rexburg bought the cabin and the land. Then BYUI bought it from them.

The house is three stories and it has a fireplace in every room! This is part of the kitchen. My teacher says that the house is 20,000 sq. feet!

Blake and I had our own room with 4 queen sized mattresses and a bathroom and a stinkin huge closet (so did everyone else!) This is Blake and I doing what we know best....being monkeys!

We stayed over on Friday night and played games and watched Arachnophobia. I love this cabin in Island Park!
